Title: Galaxy MKII - Keyfob Functions
Post by: eisenfarn on June 10, 2016, 11:23:02 AM
Hi all, I have a 2005 Galaxy MKII, keyfob works perfectly, just wondering if it can be used to disable the internal sensors when locking the car when I need to leave a window open?. I've tried pressing the lock button 2 or three times but nothing unusual seems to happen. Thanks.

Use the key in the lock not the remote buttons.
Lock twice within two seconds.

You can also use the remote fob (if it's working properly) to lock the vehicle remotely without setting the alarm- have a quick read here (https://www.fordmpv.com/smf2/ford-galaxy/windows-open-with-alarm-on/msg11422/#msg11422).
