Post by: bigBri on April 06, 2018, 02:15:49 PM

Its a long shot, but its not in any of the gloveboxes or door pockets or the rear cubby hole or where the jack lives is it? Or the ashtray?

Don't know if they are keyed, mine doesn't have locking wheel bolts. That one might work, or the key may only match that one with it (the spacing is usually different between sets, though maybe not on the Galaxy?)

For what its worth, the spacing on your wheel does look regular, so you might be lucky.

Although that said it does say key 53 in that, so suggests they are different. It might be worth contacting the seller to see if they can advise?

If you look in the service manual, itís normally listed in there for what key it is.

You can beat a socket over if you canít find the key,but there are people that sell keys for them and can match from a good digital picture. Basically there are not that many different combinations so itís not to difficult to eye them up and work out which one. I have had a replacement Vauxhall and Alfa key off the bay from a picture both worked fine.

Got to say though I got mine off and just replaced with standard bolts as they are far easier,if anyone wants the wheels they will have them anyway.

I'd identify the key if i were you and get one, or replace the locking bolts with normal ones. You don't want to be stuck somewhere with a flat tyre that you can't remove!
