Title: Battery for my Mk3 Galaxy

For my Mk3 Galaxy, should I use a lead acid or Calcium Silver battery? 

As the online suppliers do not state which is which, where is the best place?

Ford of that age I would suspect is the calcium silver as it is most likely smart charge,what is fitted currently

Almost certainly CaAg.  Best place I have found to buy one is Costco - approximately half the price I paid in Croatia in 2018......
